Our device tracks the movement pattern of animals, locate them and help to optimise their
grazing patterns. Main objective is to introduce new cattle tracking system in
Malaysia that sends you a frequent notification on the whereabouts of the cattle
via long range communication (LoRa).
Less Cost
Worth its price as it has multiple advantages over conventional cattle trackers.
Health Of The Cattle
Has a temperature sensor to monitor the cattle’s body temperature and notify the cattle rearers if the cattle are ill.
Solar Panel
Solar panel equipped allows the prototype to perform for longer periods of time without requiring attention from the farmers.
Low Power Consumption
Uses a LoRa system which keeps transmission and receiving data simple with its low power consumption.

Overview Of Our Work
Overall, these small GPS loggers provided a flexible and relatively cheap method of tracking cattle movements, and demonstrated potential for collaring of cattle as a tool for monitoring ecosystem health and assisting management decisions. Through this, the loss or theft of cattle can be avoided.
